With WebID Identify Driver, you can confirm in an instant whether your customer has a valid driving licence. This is shown to a trained agent during a video call. The agent also checks the driver’s personal details and official ID document. This makes the driving licence check particularly secure because the personal details are linked to the driving licence. The driving licence checking process contains two elements: the secure video identification of the individual and the online driving licence check. The process can be carried out on all Internet-enabled devices with a camera and microphone.
